I’m Marie-Aude Ramos, Freelance UX Researcher, Mentor and Founder of User Wizard UX Career Mentoring.
I help businesses create products customers will enjoy using and promote. I rely on Human Centered Design principles and a deep knowledge in HCI to identify customers needs and turn them into growth hacking insights. I use my communication skills and Marketing experience to engage with stakeholders and get the whole team onboard.

Researcher with a Business background
Before I turned to HCI, I spent 15 years crafting delightful customer experience. From the front-office of Business Hotels first, where I focused on gathering customers feedbacks to turn them into competitive advantages, to the back-office of digital solution providers, where I was developing communication strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
UX and Accessibility Evangelist
I believe in knowledge sharing as a way to raise the UX maturity. Whether I host a workshop, set-up an Accessibility Awareness Week or moderate a panel discussion during a conference, I focus on inviting my audience to embrace UXR as an opportunity to grow and learn, to include and expand.
Growth hacker with a twist
While I still apply my business skills to engage with clients and team members, I find myself most comfortable solving business problems, engaging with stakeholders and helping product teams adopt a proper user centered approach. As a life long learner, I keep on expanding my skillset, applying principles of Behavioral Economics, Psychology or Data Analysis to UXR.

As a career switcher myself, I know the struggle of managing a career transition in a field as complex as the User Experience industry. My User Wizard Mentoring program comprehends 4 major milestones and relies on building up on unique valuable skills rather than trying to develop a superficial knowledge.
